Also, please do NOT schedule an appointment if you have been in contact with anyone in the last two weeks that have had the above-mentioned symptoms, someone diagnosed with Covid-19, or if you have returned from somewhere with high levels of diagnosed Covid-19 infection. In addition, if any of these occur after you have scheduled an appointment, please cancel your appointment. Late cancellation fees will be waived.
